OPEN POSITIONS:
As we continue into 2026, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Jacksonville-based Inside Sales team. This is an entry-level, on-site role reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager and is a replacement for an existing position on a well-established team.
This role is a mix of account management, customer service, and sales support. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with people, and like being part of a collaborative, fast-moving team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM (builder) and retail customers
• Support and grow existing accounts while helping introduce new product opportunities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to:
o Product inquiries
o Purchase orders
o Retail sales and general customer support
o Hardware solutions
• Accurately process purchase orders, forecasts, and account data in internal systems
• Proactively engage customers to gather feedback and better understand their needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by:
o Identifying the problem
o Determining root cause
o Offering the best solution
o Following up to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with the outside sales team to support their efforts while they’re on the road
• Assist with inventory management, allocation, and order prioritization
• Coordinate daily with the shipping department to ensure timely fulfillment
• Monitor daily sales activity and support the team in meeting company goals
• Represent Gemlux with professionalism while delivering a friendly, positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers; experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry required
• A true team player who’s willing to jump in and help when needed
• Ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge and explain it clearly to customers
• College degree preferred but not required
• Fishing and boating knowledge is a big plus, but not required. If you don’t have it yet, you’ll need to be willing to learn — understanding our products and industry is key to doing the job well

Warehouse Worker
Responsibilities
-
Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
-
Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received

Verify all incoming shipments are accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition

Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
-
Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
-
Organize, sort, and replenish items on shelves, bins, and overhangs according to company standards
-
Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be packed and shipped for excellent customer service
Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy

Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
-
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-
Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse

Experience with handheld scanners, mobile devices, and computer workstations to accomplish tasks

Experience using warehouse management and shipping software such as RF-SMART
-
Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred
-
Typing and record-keeping skills are necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory

Ability to problem-solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
-
Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard

Marine industry or fishing experience (professional or leisure) is helpful, but not required
