Shopify Developer

We are seeking an experienced Shopify developer to take full ownership of our e-commerce platform and integrations in our Jacksonville, FL office. This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Shopify site, managing custom functionality, and supporting integrations with NetSuite ERP (via Celigo). This is a high-impact role in a small team, requiring strong technical ability, ownership, and flexibility.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to develop, maintain, and support our Shopify eCommerce site and platform integrations. This includes custom app development, integration configurations, front-end theming, and more. • Manage and extend existing custom apps and codebase

  • Own, support, and optimize Shopify ↔ NetSuite integration (Celigo)

  • Troubleshoot issues across the site and data flows (orders, inventory, customers)

  • Build new features and functionality as needed

  • Support marketing initiatives (landing pages, tracking, promotions)

  • Improve site speed, performance, and conversion

  • Coordinate with marketing and IT departments to provide a world-class

  • eCommerce experience

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Shopify development

  • Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Experience with Shopify APIs and custom app development

  • Experience working with integrations/APIs, including GraphQL and REST (ERP experience a plus; Celigo is a bonus)

  • Experience with React, Node, and PostgreSQL

  • Ability to read, understand, and work within an existing codebase

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong understanding of data flows and system integrations

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems

  • Experience with Celigo integrator.io

  • eCommerce optimization or CRO experience

  • Familiarity with analytics/tracking tools

  • Experience taking over and maintaining an existing, highly customized Shopify environment

Work Style / Expectations:

  • High ownership role in a small, fast-moving team

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing beyond core dev work

  • Proactive mindset—identifies and solves problems, not just executes tasks

  • Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and minimal structure
