The product I purchased was to replace another company’s latches that was on the boat when purchased used. Other latches were GEMLUX with locks. The original owner lost the keys. Not only do I now have looking latches that work with one key, but the 7 year old originals still work and lock like new. Great quality stuff.

Ordered a latch and the carrier delivered to the wrong address. GEMLUX stepped up and sent a replacement right away. That is the way you handle customer service! Great job.
