Great Custom Look and Good Grip
As soon as I got the notification about this new wheel I placed the order. I am always looking for ways to give my 2300 HydraSports Bay Bolt a more custom look. My original wheel still looked new, but it had a very smooth surface and it was sometimes difficult to get a good grip. The paracord wrap on the Gemlux is night and day better. If I had to come up with an improvement, I would ask Gemlux to make the knob spaced out from the wheel about 1/2". I have larger hands and when I grab the knob and turn the wheel, my knuckles rub against the paracord. If you are turning fast, it can be pretty annoying. I have looked at the way the knobnis mounted and I can't figure out a way to space it out.
