Friction hinge experience

I never post reviews on products, but I just completed installing two SD friction hinges on a boat anchor door (16' X 20") and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. The original riveted piano hinge had failed so I took a risk that the friction hinges wouldn't be too hard to open but with a bolt though connection it was perfect! Opened smoothly and held the door at any position. I Highly recommend this product.
